Maasai Mara 3 Days 2 Nights Easter Weekend Itinerary
DAY 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
Departing from the capital of Kenya (Nairobi) in the morning, we drive down the escarpment via the floor of the beautiful scenery, Great Rift Valley. We arrive at Maasai Mara Game Reserve in time for lunch in the afternoon. We will check you into the luxurious lodge or basic permanent tents that are self-contained and fitted with feature beds and en-suite bathroom areas.
In the evening, the game drive starts, Maasai Mara national reserve, one of East Africa’s top safari destinations. At 6pm we return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay. Amazing chorus of different animal sounds are heard in the dark as nature crowns the day.
DAY 2: ULTIMATE DAY IN MARA
In the ultimate drive day, After breakfast leave for a full day game drive. This day is spent game viewing in Kenya’s finest wildlife park, the Masai Mara National Reserve. Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of Africa’s Big Five and other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve.
Balloon safari; Early morning Masai Mara hot air balloon safari can be arranged at extra cost.
- Return in the evening for Dinner and overnight at the Camp/ Lodge.
DAY 3: MASAI MARA TO NAIROBI
We start the day with an early morning game drive from 6.30am to 9.00am you might be lucky to witness hunting. At an extra cost A bush breakfast can be arranged followed by a visit to the Maasai village to conclude your Maasai Mara safari experience. We depart from our safari lodge/camp at 10a.m and take an en route game drive through the Masai Mara Reserve on day three. Then we return to bustling Nairobi, arriving at about 16:00 in the afternoon. This unforgettable 3-Day Masai Mara Safari ends upon arrival back in Nairobi.
WHAT TO CARRY
Passport/ ID, Camera, Hat, sunglasses, torch, clothes. Residents / citizens MUST show their ID/passports or Residency cards or else will be charged as non-residents. ALL documents must be valid

WHATS EXCLUDED IN THE COSTS ABOVE
- Park entry fees at Mara gate is citizen pay Kshs. 1,000/- EA resident pays- ksh 1,200 and Non-Residents $80 per ENTRY hence for 3 days you pay Ksh 2,000 and usd 160 respectively
- Drinks and tips for waiters, porters and drivers
NOTES
- Single room supplement is additional approx 25- 35%
- children 3-11yrs get 50%-75% depending on whether they have seat in the vehicle or not and when sharing with 2 paying adults
- Kids in own room are charged some supplement
- Some hotel rates might change earlier than what we had indicated
- Sometimes some hotel withdraws the offer before the expiry time
