DAY 1: Nairobi To Amboseli
At 7:00Am Depart Nairobi and travel to the Amboseli. The early morning drive is approximately 250 km on 4 hours driving experience via the Main Nairobi to Mombasa road and through Masai plains getting to Amboseli. We take drive through traditional Maasai villages across the countryside. Here we arrive at the Park, in time for lunch and check in. We undertake an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/campsite
DAY 2: The ultimate safari day (Full day at Amboseli national park)
Spend the whole day at the park or morning and afternoon game drives. On this day there will be an early morning game drive which is the perfect time to observe the animals as they return from their night routines. Here, the probability of seeing the big five is high. Then, after breakfast we’ll head out on a mid-morning game drive where you’ll be scouting for cheetah, impala, Masai giraffe, zebra and wildebeest.
Lunch and rest will follow. Then later in afternoon, using the 4 x 4 Jeep, game drive continues. The park hosts a approximately 600 bird species.
Dinner and overnight at a lodge/campsite
DAY 3: Back to City (Amboseli/Nairobi)
Another early morning game viewing drive, then back to the lodge for breakfast and check out. Depart after breakfast and drive back to Nairobi. You will have a stopover along the way as you explore more of the countryside and chance to buy some local souvenirs.
